Keys 1,3,4 & 6 for nudging events have stopped working. Keys 1 & 4 move it to the right only once, when it should move it to the left. The numeric keys on the keypad worked properly the last time I used Movie Studio Platinum 14. Could it be a Windows problem?

Hi Dom251

The first thing I recommend you try, is a full program reset.
This often fixes weird problems that happen out of the blue.
A reset will restore all settings to factory defaults and delete the temporary files cache.
You may have to reconfigure any custom settings you added to the program, after a reset.

I was also having problems with the FX not having any effect at all.  I followed your instructions and everything went back to normal
