Solved trouble saving markers in movie studio platinum 13 before going to dvd architect 5

I have successfully used movie studio platinum 13 to edit a long movie, changed the bit rates, transferred the movie to dvd architect studio 5 and burnt great movies.
I watched the video "How to compress and fit a long video onto a dvd using Sony Vegas Pro 12"
The problem is when i add markers to my movie and start the process of changing the bit rates...there is no option anywhere to save the markers before rendering the movie. I know i can add markers in dvd architect but it is so much easier doing it in movie studio.
I would very much appreciate your input.
