Thanks for all your help.
I uninstalled Vegas according to Dereks guide but it didn't change a thing.
I'm going to trial and error with my recording Software OBS, maybe I find some settings, that will get rid of that problem...

The issue is solved.
I have to disable Adguard while uploading...
