A little over a month ago Video Event Pan/Crop disappeared from my Vegas Pro 21.  I could not find a solution anywhere.  But miraculously on 01-11-2024 Video Event Pan/Crop was back.  No explanation but it was working.  Today 13-11-2024 Video Event Pan/Crop has disappeared once again.  Has anybody experienced this strange occurence, does anybody have any real solutions.  When looking for possible solutions the answers are living in the past, all referencing Sony.  How can I restore this invaluable function once again and ensure it remains in working order for the future?

Hi Des

Sorry for the very long delay in replying to your message. It was not intentional !
I have been unwell for the past few months - in and out of hospital numerous times.
I need to get some more neurosurgery which is going to happen this week, to fix my problem.

You created your original message as a private message, which meant no one was able to read it.
I have converted it back into a Public Message !

Unfortunately I can't help you today Des, as I am about to go into hospital.
However I have bookmarked your message and will get back to you when I return home soon !

Regards
Derek

The first thing I would try is a full program reset.
When you use a program on the same computer for a very long time, garbage files can build up and cause glitches.

Full program reset instructions here:
